Shipping Instructions

• Two week turn around time from when the shipment is received.
• Pairs of shoes should be bound together with a rubber band or by tying the laces together.
• Please do not remove laces from the shoes.
• Sometimes additional work is needed that is not apparent on initial inspection. Please note this and if possible, make note to sign off on additional work-in advance.
• We will apprise additional fees when returning the shoes if paid by credit card, or request additional payment before returning shoes.

Print and fill out our resole form (112kb) and include return address, phone number, and payment.

Payment should be in the form of checks payable to Marmot or by enclosing a credit card number and expiration date.

Place shipment in box and mail with form (112kb) to:
